HELP is a course for groups of 6-10 people held over a six week period for 2 hours each time .
Based on the premise that no one should face cancer alone CSG is seeking to introduce the course as an alternative to or to work alongside buddying and counselling. It is based on the principles of self-management and support from other participants.

each other.
