The Mosaic of Grief: Group Therapy for Those Who Have Lost a Loved One to Cancer

Losing a loved one to cancer is an incredibly personal and profound experience. The Mosaic of Grief is a professionally guided support group designed to help individuals navigate their grieving process in a compassionate and understanding environment.

Led by Maroussia Gust (Accredited Counsellor), this group offers a safe space to share experiences, process emotions, and find strength.

What to Expect

✔ Explore the grieving process—honoring its unique and deeply personal nature.

✔ Process the loss and its impact on our own sense of mortality.

✔ Remember and celebrate our loved ones—their personalities, legacies, and the relationships we shared.

✔ Learn to allocate a space for the grief that enables you to enjoy life as much as possible while still grieving.
