Kids’ guide to cancer
An app for children to help them better understand what cancer is.
As we all know, the new generation loves technology! This is a great way for children to better understand what cancer is and how they can help the people they care about who are affected by it.
It was created for children between 8 and 13 years old by Camp Quality in Australia and funded by the New Castle Permanent Charitable Foundation.
The app presents different sections, including: What is Cancer, Different types of cancer, Medecines and Hospitals, People who help, Our stories (kids sharing their stories), How can I help?
The app has a fun interactive design and can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play.
