As many of you will know, Son Espases now has a ticket machine for appointments in many departments. It can be a bit confusing if you don't know how it works, we would like to thank Jackie Codd from Age Concern Mallorca for the putting together this helpful guide.
Step 1. Put your Medical Card in the slot in the machine.
Step 2. The machine will print out your ticket, which will have your appointment number ( 2 letters and 4 digits), this is the number that will appear on the screen, in red, so keep a watch for it.
Step 3. Proceed to the Module where your appointment will be (this is also shown on the ticket). When the number appears on the screen in RED it will also tell you the consulting room, follow the indications on the wall to find your specialist.
If you forget your card you can use your DNI or NIE number instead and follow the same procedure. In case of any issues, proceed to the desk where your appointment is and ask for help.
